Therapeutic coaching programme

My therapeutic coaching programme is an entirely confidential and customised service. A combination of an emotionally healing and results driven process, aimed at ensuring optimal wellbeing, in addition to advancing you towards achieving profound personal and professional success whilst maximising your full potential.

As your personal coach, I will devise your customised therapeutic  coaching programme, by working closely with you to gain a deep understanding of what course of action suits you best.

 

Although every client’s personal therapeutic coaching programme will vary. Below is an overall outline, encompassing a brief summary of what a typical therapeutic coaching process will include.

Objectives: Rigorously uncovering an in-depth analysis on everything that you want to achieve.

Self-discovery: Including but not limited to identifying your values, strengths, qualities and personality profile utilising psychometrics, coaching techniques and exercises.

Counselling: I will provide a therapeutic approach; offering a safe, gentle and supportive space for you to talk through your challenges, previous traumas, limiting beliefs and unhelpful behaviours. 

Exploration: I will work closely with you to explore, understand and uncover the hidden links; piece together previous traumas and how they’re hindering you today whilst gathering insight into how your problems have arisen.

Building inner strength: Whilst compassionately consoling you, I will support you to develop skills, resolve issues, alter perspectives and strengthen your inner self to make profound changes in your life and to your emotional wellbeing. 

Elimination: Implementing neuro-linguistic programming techniques and my specialised coaching toolkit to further eliminate limiting beliefs, unhelpful behaviours, emotional setbacks, negative thought patterns and obstacles.

Coaching and transformation: We will transform insight into actions and utilise an individualised strategy to progress you towards achieving your objectives. This will be performed by me implementing coaching tools and techniques within sessions and assigning exercises outside of sessions. 

Therapeutic support: As someone who has also been through revisiting and overcoming past traumas, I truly understand that it can be difficult revisiting past traumas and times of adversity. So, I will be available outside of sessions if you need someone to talk to.

Accountability: As your personal coach, I will keep you accountable between sessions, to keep you on track with regards to completing your self-development tasks, to ensure progression and  transformation. Furthermore, to be there if you need to ask me any questions. 

Reviews: During your coaching programme we will be reviewing your progress by identifying what is going really well and what requires more attention. From there, we will celebrate your successes and/or carry out more coaching work on your areas of improvement.

When you begin your therapeutic coaching programme with me, you can choose between the following: ​

​​​​​Online sessions: Zoom or Teams

​​​​​​Face-to-face sessions: In North London or Central London 

Frequency and length of sessions

My therapeutic coaching sessions are 70 minutes.

​Typically, sessions take place on a weekly basis.
