Life Coaching Programme

My personal life coaching programme is a wholly customised and confidential service. A forward-focused, results driven process, aimed at advancing you towards achieving profound personal and professional success whilst maximising your full potential.
As your personal coach, I will devise your customised coaching programme, by working closely with you to gain a deep understanding of what course of action best suits you as an individual and your objectives.
Although every client’s personal coaching programme will vary. Below is an overall outline, encompassing a brief summary of what my typical coaching process will include:
1. Objectives: Rigorously uncovering an in-depth analysis on everything you want to achieve.
2. Self-discovery: Including but not limited to identifying your values, strengths, learning style and personality profile utilising psychometrics, coaching techniques and exercises.
3. Profound insight: Discovering what is stopping you today such as limiting beliefs, perceived obstacles, challenges and unhelpful behaviours.
4. The triumph stage: I will implement neuro-linguistic programming techniques and my specialised coaching toolkit to eliminate everything that is stopping you.
5. Transformation: We will transform insight into actions and utilise an individualised strategy to progress you towards achieving your objectives. This will be performed by me implementing coaching tools and techniques within sessions and assigning exercises outside of sessions.
6. Accountability: As your personal coach, I will keep you accountable between sessions, to make sure that you complete your self-development tasks and assignments, to ensure progression and transformation. Furthermore, to be there if you need to ask me any questions or to guide you if you’re having a difficult day.
7. Reviews: During your coaching programme we will be reviewing your progress by identifying what is going really well and what requires more attention. From there, we will celebrate your successes and/or carry out more coaching work on your areas of improvement.

​​​​​​Face-to-face sessions: In North London or Central London
Frequency and length of sessions
My therapeutic coaching sessions are 70 minutes.
