1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our separate Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then please do not access this website or use any services.

2. Use of website

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using this website.
You agree not to engage in any activity that could interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

3. Prohibited Use Statement

The prohibited use statement outlines activities that users are not allowed to engage in. Georgina Taylor Coaching’s restrictions include:

Utilising Georgina Taylor Coaching’s website for harassing or threatening others or for illegal purposes.
Infringing on this website’s intellectual property rights, such as copyright and trademark, by copying, selling, or transferring any data related to the website.
Accessing the website if the user does not meet the specified age requirement, which is 18 years of age and over.
Using web services to infringe upon the rights of other users.
Modifying or altering Georgina Taylor Coaching website’s intellectual property.
Violating or compromising Georgina Taylor Coaching website’s security and defence systems.

4. Visitor reviews policy – any reviews that you submit through the website must not:

Contain any defamatory, obscene or offensive material or content.

Be falsely submitted by an individual who has not received services from Georgina Taylor.
Be used to impersonate another individual, or to misreport your affiliation with another individual.

In no event shall Georgina Taylor Coaching be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the coaching Site or coaching services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Georgina Taylor Coaching, its directors, employees and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or coaching services.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided on an ‘as-is’ and ‘as-available’ basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the content on this website.
We do not guarantee that this site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics and design, is the property of Georgina Taylor Coaching and is protected by copyright law. You may not replicate, modify, distribute, or display any content from the site without our prior written consent.

10. Insurance

Georgina Taylor Coaching holds public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

12. Use of services

This website provides coaching services in Personal Development Coaching, Confidence Coaching, Relationship Coaching, Dating coaching and Therapeutic Coaching.
Coaching services may be provided through various mediums, including video calls such as Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and FaceTime and Face to Face coaching.
You must be over the age of 18 to receive services from Georgina Taylor Burke at Georgina Taylor Coaching.
Payment for coaching services must be made in accordance with our payment policies, which are outlined under number 15.

13. Confidentiality

As a Client, your privacy is wholly prioritised and respected. Georgina Taylor Coaching recognises that all communication both in consultation, pre and post consultation the Client shares is regarded as entirely confidential, whether it is personal or business information. Georgina Taylor Coaching undertakes not to, at any time, unless required to do so by law, either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information the Client shares with them during their sessions, or outside of sessions. Confidential Information does not include information that is disclosed to the Coach and as a result of such disclosure the Coach

reasonably believes there to be an impending or likely risk of danger or harm to the Client or another individual.

14. Coaching services and communication outside of sessions

Once you have purchased a course of coaching sessions with Georgina Taylor Coaching, you can contact Georgina or her staff outside of coaching sessions for reasons such as you are challenged by personal issues, you want to share your successes and/or you require some additional guidance or support.
You agree that you can only contact Georgina Taylor Coaching via phone call, WhatsApp, text message or email.
Georgina Taylor agrees that she will only contact you via how you wish to be contacted, this will be agreed and confirmed in writing.
By signing up for coaching sessions, you agree with the following:
- For Georgina Taylor Coaching to contact you outside of sessions for accountability purposes.
- Georgina Taylor Coaching may not always be able to respond straight away, as Georgina could be with other Clients.
- Georgina Taylor does not take phone calls, respond to text messages or emails between 22:00 – 6:00 (GMT/UTC).
- Georgina Taylor Coaching has the right to terminate coaching sessions with you if communication inside or outside of sessions is inappropriate, offensive, threatening or obscene.

15. Payment and fees

Payment for coaching services is due in advance of the scheduled sessions.
The invoice will be sent to your email and can be paid through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Payment solutions are completely secure.
Coaching sessions are sold as a course, which are to be paid for upfront, however, in extenuating circumstances, a payment plan, such as a direct debit can be agreed.
All payments for sessions previously taken are non-refundable.
The initial consultation is 30 minutes and free of charge.
On receipt of payment for the coaching programme, your sessions will be booked and coaching will commence. In the unlikely event you are unable to take up your sessions, you have up to 18 months to use the sessions. After 18 months, you will not be eligible for a refund if you have not undertaken your sessions.

16. Cancellation of pre-booked session

Should you need to cancel your session, cancellation fees are 100% of the session fee if less than 48 hours-notice is given.
- If in the unlikely event there is an extenuating circumstance, such as a medical emergency or an accident and there is proof of that, the cancellation fee will be waivered.
If you cancel your session giving more than 48 hours’ notice, there will be no cancellation charge and the session will be rearranged.
In the unlikely situation of a ‘no-show’, whereby, no cancellation is made and you do not attend the session, a cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee will be charged.

17. Termination of coaching programme

Because of the time, scope and nature of Georgina Taylor Coaching, the termination policy is that should you wish to terminate your coaching contract, you will be required to give 3 weeks-notice. The notice must be in writing (e-mail or letter). In the event of there being fees owed at the time of termination, full payment will become due immediately, and will be paid back to the client, which can take 2-5 business days.

18. Holiday from coaching programme

Should you need to take a break from the coaching programme, you will need to give one week’s notice, this will need to be confirmed in writing.

19. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
